In the French system entry into the first year of school is during a students third year. The compulsory element to enter school at James Cook is that the student is no longer dependent on nappies and therefore is toilet trained (...)



As in our infants school, Primary, from Grade 1 to Grade 5 have a maximum of 20 students per class. The English speaking students are able to follow the Australian Curriculum for English and Maths whilst the French Speakers (...)


High School

At present our High School has classes from Year 6 to Year 11. We will open a Year 11 and 2015 Year 12 class – French stream system. The first graduates of the French baccalaureate with EIJC will be in December 2015.e (...)
